Petals Vets was started by two best friends who met at vet school over a decade ago and were united by a shared dream of creating a modern veterinary clinic built around exceptional care and compassion. We’re so pleased to bring that dream to life with Petals, a purpose-built clinic equipped with state-of-the-art facilities.
Our mission is simple: to love what we do, take pride in our work, and make a real difference for pets and their families. To achieve this, we’ve designed our practice to focus on what truly matters — building strong, lasting relationships with you and your pets.
Same Vet Promise
Seeing a familiar face makes all the difference when it comes to your pet’s health. When registering with Petals vets, you’ll be assigned a designated vet who you will see on each visit. This means less repeating yourself, more trust, and a vet who understands your pet’s personality, history, and needs. Continuity of care is the best way to ensure your pet gets the highest quality care.
Longer appointments
We believe great care starts with truly getting to know you and your pet. That’s why our routine appointments are 20 minutes, longer than the average 10 minute consults. Taking the time to listen and connect allows us to provide the thoughtful, personalised care your pet deserves.
Founder led
As an independent practice, Petals Vets is run by the people who are on the ground caring for your pets. You won’t find layers of management here - just experienced vets and nurses who are empowered to make decisions and deliver care in the way they know is best.
