A dedicated 20-minute appointment with your nominated vet, where we take the time to understand your pet’s history, do a full health check, and chat through any concerns. We’ll discuss treatment options and the next steps to get your companion back on their paws.

Neutering
When it comes to neutering, we keep things simple: a fixed price that covers everything your pet will need for a stress-free recovery. Pain relief, a protective collar and 2 face to face post-op checks with the vet if needed—it’s all included, so you can take them home knowing they’re set up for a comfy, cuddle-filled recovery. Neutering can help prevent unwanted pregnancies, behaviours and illnesses. Every pet is different so knowing when to neuter can be difficult, our team is happy to guide you through the decision.

DENTISTRY
We believe in fair pricing for dental care. Instead of flat-rate charges, we price per tooth—so you only ever pay for what’s needed. Every pet’s mouth is different, and we’ll make sure they get the right level of care. We will provide a bespoke estimate for your pet following an oral exam.
OTHER
We use the smallest microchip available, making it as comfortable as possible for your pet. Microchipping is a legal requirement for dogs and cats, and it’s the best way to make sure you’re reunited if they ever go missing.

ANIMAL HEALTH TRAVEL CERTIFICATE

Planning a trip with your pet? Many destinations require an Animal Health Certificate, and our accredited vets can issue one for you. Requirements for travel often also include microchipping, an examination, and an up to date rabies vaccination. Please note these additional services are priced separately. We always recommend contacting us as soon as possible before any planned travel with your pet, we usually require a minimum of 6 weeks notice before your travel date.
